a. Information you provide directly
- Account information: name, email address, password, profile details
- Payment information: processed by Helcium, Stripe, Apple, and Google (Audora does not directly store full payment card numbers)
- Communications: interactions with support
b. Information collected automatically
- Device information: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers
- Usage data: features used, session length, crash logs
- Approximate location: derived from IP address for language/region defaults (not precise GPS location unless separately permitted by you)
c. Call-related data
- Audio and video streams during calls, processed in real time to enable the call and generate translations/captions.
- Text generated by speech-to-text and translation processing.
- Audora is designed to process call audio/video and generate captions/translations in real time, and retains for 365 days for quality/support purposes the underlying audio or video after a call ends, unless you explicitly enable a recording or history feature.
d. Information from third parties
If you sign up via a third-party login (e.g., Google, Apple), we receive basic profile information as authorized by you at sign-up.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service, including real-time translation and captioning
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests
- Monitor and improve translation accuracy and app performance
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only as follows:
- Payment processors: Helcium, Stripe, Apple, and Google process payment information under their own privacy policies.
- Service providers: hosting, analytics, and customer support tools that process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
- Legal compliance: if required to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to continued protection under this Policy or a successor policy.
We do not share call content with other users beyond the intended call participants, and we do not share your personal data with advertisers.
4. International Data Transfers
Because Audora serves users across the United States, South America, and Thailand, your information — including audio processed for translation — may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our servers and/or third-party processors are located. Where required (e.g., under GDPR or Thailand's PDPA), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms to protect data transferred internationally.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Specifically:
- Account information is retained while your account is active and for a limited period after deletion for legal/operational purposes.
- Call audio/video is processed transiently and retained for 365 days.
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 7).
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have some or all of the following rights:
- Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction: request correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion: request deletion of your personal information
- Portability: request your data in a portable format

- Withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent (e.g., certain call features)
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information (Audora does not sell personal information), and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
EU/UK residents (GDPR): Our legal bases for processing include performance of a contract (providing the Service), consent (e.g., certain optional features), and legitimate interests (e.g., security, service improvement). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Brazil residents (LGPD): You have rights to confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, and deletion, among others, consistent with LGPD.
Thailand residents (PDPA):You have the right to access, obtain a copy of, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, consistent with Thailand's PDPA.

7. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@audora.world. Upon deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Audora is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If we learn we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided information to Audora should contact us at support@audora.world.

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
